ABOUT:
Marta Celio is a multidisciplinary, concept-led graphic designer and educator at the University of the West of England, working across typography, editorial design, print and web.
With experience developing visual concepts and translating them into design systems and printed matter, she has worked on projects for cultural events and institutions, educational organisations, local businesses, artists and non-profit initiatives. Through research, topical exploration and experimentation, her work focuses on making complex subjects accessible to wider audiences, creating visuals that invite engagement and conversation.
Marta takes a holistic approach to design, led by visual thinking and an interest in how visual culture shapes society. Her work often responds to current social dynamics and celebrates culture, while her self-initiated projects explore contemporary discourse and everyday life.
